I want to give you a peek behind the scenes at The AWB Firm, because we're growing, and I'd love your help finding the person who'll be at the center of it.

In October, the Fine Print Academy™ welcomed a new group of members, and more online business owners keep reaching out to us for one-on-one legal help. Every one of those relationships starts the same way: someone sends us a message.

Some of those messages are excited ("I'm finally ready to protect my brand!"). Some are scared ("I just got a cease and desist letter. What do I do?").

Whoever answers sets the tone for everything that follows. So we're hiring a Client Concierge + Sales Assistant to be that first warm, steady voice.

Is this you (or someone you know)?

The right person for this role:

• Catches the typo everyone else missed, makes sure we haven't misspelled the name, and double checks the deadline
• Keeps a project board so clean it could be framed (bonus points if you already use Asana)
• Reads a worried client's email and replies with calm, kindness, and a clear next step
• Loves following up, and recommends the right next project in a way that feels helpful, never pushy

They'll be the first point of contact for new inquiries, helping each person find the right path: one-on-one legal help or The Fine Print Academy™.

They'll onboard new clients, set up every project in our project management software, add notes to our CRM, and make sure each client feels cared for from the very first hello. (Our attorneys handle the legal advice. This role makes sure clients feel taken care of while they do.)

What it's like on our team

One of our values is "use honey, not a hammer," and it shapes how we treat each other as much as how we treat our clients. We're a small but mighty team, working with over 100 incredibly nice clients.

There are no 9pm Friday "emergencies," no yelling, and no micromanaging. We use internal templates and checklists, give (and expect) direct feedback, keep schedules flexible enough to pop out for an appointment, and toast a job well done with champagne. (I take that last part very seriously 🍾)
